We invite you for in-person attendance, but the ICSEng 2024 committee has taken a decision to facilitate hybrid mode of the conference – participants with accepted papers can join in person or remotely.
If your paper is accepted, please provide a camera ready paper and pay the fee in order for the paper to be published in the proceedings and presented in the conference. If you have more than one accepted paper, please pay for each paper.
Please note that for a paper to be published, the following requirements must be met:

460 USD (1800 PLN) – single paper fee (one 10-12 pages paper)
360 USD (1400 PLN) – additional paper registration (for each additional paper)

The final version of your paper must be uploaded to the OpenConf system by August 30, 2024, incorporating the reviewers’ comments. The submission portal can be accessed here.
Additionally, please complete and sign the Models and Methods for Systems Engineering – Publishing Agreement.
A scanned copy of the signed agreement should be emailed to us along with the proof of conference fee payment.
To finalize your registration, please pay the conference fee and send the payment confirmation. Both the signed Publishing Agreement and payment confirmation should be sent in a single email to submissions@icseng.pl.

Please note that in the event you choose to withdraw, a non-refundable handling charge of 100 USD will be deducted prior to issuing the refund. Refunds will only be issued until the deadline of 30 August 2024 and upon receiving a written request for refund.
